Who Qualifies?

Idaho Resident — Must currently live in  Idaho

Medicaid-Eligible — Must be enrolled in Medicaid or currently applying

Needs Assistance — Loved One Must require help with daily living activities

Family CaregiverA family member or friend can provide the care

Eligibility is confirmed during intake with a care specialist.
