Who Qualifies?

• Idaho Resident — Must currently live in  Idaho

• Medicaid-Eligible — Must be enrolled in Medicaid or currently applying

• Needs Assistance — Loved One Must require help with daily living activities

• Family Caregiver — A family member or friend can provide the care

Eligibility is confirmed during intake with a care specialist.
